My career began in software configuration and release management, where I led global teams managing high-impact project releases for organizations including the FAA, Department of Defense, BlackBerry, Sony Ericsson, and IQVIA. For 29 years, I’ve navigated complex technical environments across continents, learning that sustainable success requires more than just technical know-how; it demands clear processes, effective cross-cultural communication, and adaptive leadership.
Holding a Master of Science in Information & Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University, I’ve evolved my practice to address the multifaceted challenges that growing organizations face.
